Our dearest wish is that all of our customers have a lovely experience with us, if anything is the matter we urge you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance and we will do our upmost to resolve any issue.
In the event that we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided to us at the time the order was made.
All our ‘Made on the Chalk’ skincare products are made from natural ingredients, which are clearly listed on each product description and on the packaging. Please note that we do use both oils produced from tree nuts and essential oils in our products. We would advise any customer who is concerned to seek medical advice before using our products.
Should you decide that you wish to cancel your order you can do so any time after placing your order or up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at email@example.com
We check every product prior to dispatch to ensure that the highest standards have been met on every item. Should you receive any item that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt. You may contact us via our email address firstname.lastname@example.org . When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details for you. Furthermore, please submit supporting evidence of any problems.
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the addressed specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses submitted to us. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, however during busy times, such as Christmas, there may be delays. Please contact us, prior to placing your order, if you need your items urgently.
You will receive an email stating when we have received your order and another email once your item(s) have been dispatched.
Payment can be made via PayPal in their secure environment or via Wix Payments. Please note that we do not accept cheques as payment. Paypal will accept Visa, Delta, Electron, EuroCard, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch) on our behalf. Order requests will only be accepted should the payment transaction be completed with full payment. Non-payments will result in immediate order cancellation. No compensation will be offered for any payment fail situation.
We pride ourselves on protecting our customer’s privacy. We will not sell, disclose or pass on, in any way, customer’s email addresses. If you place an order, we may contact you to clarify details and may, occasionally, email you with information about new products or special offers. If you would like to opt out of receiving emails from us, please let us know, or follow the opt out option at the bottom of our emails.
