Here we harness the power of the humble bee. Using local raw honey and very finely ground colloidal oatmeal this soap is extra gentle and soothing for your skin. I have not included any essential oils which enables the subtle hint of honey to shine and is also perfect for people with sensitive skin or who just prefer to avoid essential oils. It also has no additional colours added, just the warm hues of honey.
As always, I have chosen only the most nourishing oils and butters to make up my specially formulated base recipe including organic ultra-moisturising shea butter and cocoa butter.
All my soaps are perfect to use every day for face, hands and body. Made using the traditional cold process they will not strip your skin of natural oils, it will simply cleanse, replenish and moisturise. Each bar is also an average of 125g, which is larger than most and means it will last you for even longer.
The soap comes beautifully packaged in a glassine bag, card label, cotton twine and potato starch glue so it is all 100% biodegradable and compostable.
Ingredients: sodium olivate (olive oil), sodium cocoate (coconut oil)*, glycerine, sodium shea butterate (shea butter)*, sodium cocoa butterate (cocoa butter)*, aqua (water), sodium castorate (castor oil), mel (honey), avena sativa kernel flour (ground oatmeal)
Due to the soap being a truly handmade product the overall colour and consistency may vary from batch to batch. This in no way affects the quality of the product.
Also, as the soap contains no hardening agents like commercial soap, it is recommended that you allow the soap to dry completely in-between uses. Preferably in a draining soap dish, so your soap has the best and longest life possible.
